Withcott Seedlings is about 15 minutes east of Toowoomba and is a leading supplier of vegetable seedlings across the eastern seaboard. With seasonal crops ramping up, we’ve got multiple casual General Nursery Hand spots to start as soon as possible.

No experience needed. If you like working outdoors, with plants, and staying active, this is for you. Do well here and you could move into a permanent role.

You’ll work with diverse teams on a range of production tasks to grow quality seedlings that meet our customers’ standards.

**What you’ll do**
– Move trays of plants around the nursery
– Grafting, potting, and thinning
– Get tasks done on time and meet performance targets
– Work in a team to produce quality seedlings
– Follow directions from your team leader or supervisor

**What you’ll need**
– Willing to learn and work well in a team
– Able to follow instructions from your supervisor, 2IC, or team leader
– Forklift licence is well regarded
– Good communication and attention to detail
– Physically capable, and able to meet work quotas
– General manufacturing or repetitive task experience is handy
– Reliable transport
