Nursery Asisstant

Maxima is recruiting an experienced Nursery Assistant for an ongoing casual position based in Murray Bridge.

You’ll work casually, 2 to 3 days a week including weekends, in a professional team. The role mixes customer service with hands-on nursery work. Pay is $35.65 per hour.

**What you’ll do:**
– Customer service, in person and over the phone
– Helping customers pick the right plants for what they need
– Propagating plants
– Filling soil tubes
– Stock rotation
– Watering and weeding
– General tidying and nursery duties

Hours are generally 8:30am to 4:30pm on the days you work, weekdays or weekends.

**About you:**
– Keen on gardening, ideally with Nursery Assistant experience or horticultural qualifications
– You get the value of building rapport with customers for repeat business
– Reasonable work fitness
– Flexible with the hours you can generally work
