Vogue Plus is after an experienced Horticulturist to join our growing team. As the maintenance side of Vogue Grange, we look after quality residential and commercial gardens across Melbourne. This role is about keeping outdoor spaces in top shape and building strong client relationships through professional service.

**Key responsibilities:**
– Horticultural and landscape maintenance across a range of properties
– Plant care including pruning, fertilising, pest and disease management
– Monitor plant health and flag issues needing attention
– Irrigation inspections and basic troubleshooting
– Weed management, mulching and seasonal garden maintenance
– Recommend landscape improvements and plant replacements
– Keep gardens and landscapes to a consistently high standard
– Complete work safely, efficiently and professionally

**About you:**
– Qualification in horticulture or relevant industry experience
– Strong plant knowledge and identification skills
– Experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture or garden care
– Can work independently and manage your own daily workload
– Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
– Current driver’s licence

**What we offer:**
– Full-time position, $75,000 to $85,000 per year
