Stahmann Webster is after a Farm Manager to lead its tree nut orchard near Griffith in the Riverina, NSW. Full time. You’ll work with the orchard team to manage the growth and development of the orchard, hitting quality and operational targets.

**What you’ll be doing**
– Managing all areas of production: horticulture, harvesting, on-farm processing and resources
– Working with the agronomy team to develop and deliver the orchard strategy
– Building orchard capital and operational budgets, setting KPIs and reporting against them
– Making sure assets are used efficiently and sustainably
– Project managing on-farm improvements
– Managing, mentoring and developing staff
– Keeping the site and work practices safe
– Managing contractors on site

**What you’ll need**
– Prior leadership experience
– Strong understanding of horticulture
– Good time management and organising skills
– Computer literacy
– A valid driver’s licence
– 5+ years in permanent cropping (tree nuts, vineyards, citrus, pome or stone fruit) is desirable
