Produce Pickers – Multiple Shifts – Yatala

A growing business in Yatala, Gold Coast QLD is expanding its warehouse team and needs reliable produce pickers and packers. Full time, $30.35 an hour to start, rising to $31.19 after 3 months, plus performance bonuses. Full training provided, so it suits people wanting to build experience.

Working Holiday Visa holders based near the Gold Coast are encouraged to apply.

**What you’ll be doing**
– Working a rotating roster in a busy 7-day operation
– Three shift starts: 5am, 10am and 2pm
– Picking and preparing customer orders
– Packing produce to quality standards
– Using WAV lifting equipment safely (training included)
– Sorting, weighing, labelling and wrapping stock
– Getting goods ready for dispatch
– Lifting up to 25kg

**What you’ll need**
– Flexible with shifts, including weekends when needed
– Happy with physical, active work
– Reliable, strong work ethic
– Good in a team and on your own
– Can follow instructions and safety procedures
– Reliable transport to and from site
