Farm Hand

Growth Farms is after a farm hand for large-scale cropping at the Mulyandry aggregation, roughly 4,583 ha near Forbes and Grenfell in Central West NSW. You’ll report to the Farm Manager and work with modern gear and clear processes. Full time.

**What you’ll be doing**
– Operating and maintaining machinery: spraying units, spreaders, chaser bins and headers
– Driving a John Deere 616 See and Spray (strong broadacre and camera spraying knowledge needed, with real attention to detail)
– General farm duties
– Working solo or in a team
– Supporting and improving WHS on the farm

**What you’ll need**
– Experience operating farm machinery. Precision spraying is a big plus
– Initiative, responsibility and a positive attitude
– Physically fit for the work
– Willingness to learn and sound mechanical ability
– Chem Cert and a truck licence are handy but not essential
– Driver’s licence and your own vehicle are essential
