Liphuyzen Ag Pty Ltd is hiring for 2IC/ Daily Operations Manager near Stud Park NSW. This is a part time farm work listing, with pay listed as $40 – $60 per hour.
Opportunity to work in a secondary management role in an extensive mixed farming & contracting business.
What the listing says
- Planning & allocating tasks (ground preparation, fertiliser spreading, machinery maintenance etc)
- Supervising 1-2 team members – tasks, assisance, machinery support
- Machinery maintenance – tractors, implements (air-seeder, deep ripper, cotton mulcher etc)
- Assistance with livestock management as required – feeding, lamb marking, shearing etc
- Crop monitoring & planning – fertiliser, weed burdens etc & communicating with owner/ manager
- Strong understanding of farm operations & schedules including practical experience
- Minimum 3 years farm operations/ labour experience
- Machinery operation & maintenance experience
